SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES: White Barn Designs Co. is not responsible for shipments that have been updated to "delivered" by the carrier, but not received by the customer. This sort of issue must be resolved with the shipment company via their customer service department.
RETURNS:
We completely understand that home decor can be tricky and not always work out how you want it too. Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase!
All returns are eligible as long as they are unused and in the same condition they were received, as well as in the original packaging. All items (besides clothing, see below) should be taken to a UPS, USPS, or FedEx retail location for safe and proper packaging. Once received, we will refund you the cost of the original merchandise. However, we are unable to reimburse customers for their return shipping.
CLOTHING RETURNS:
Once the clothing return shipment is received by White Barn Designs Co., we will refund the cost of the merchandise purchased as well as the customer's shipping costs for that return.
